I am certain that he is out of his mind but Phil actually believes that he is the only one that is allowed to play these songs. On one of his less medicated days he consented to let me play the odd song off his list. Please be advised however that he feels that if anyone else dare to play one of his tunes he will red dot them immediately and possibly even bounce tham from the room (are you listening Caroline?). Remember Phil is old and isn't too stable so lets humor him (note proper spelling) OK?
