In Canada our Chinese restaurants ALL carry a product known as Chicken Balls. This delicacy is a favourite of most Canadians. It seems that our American friends have not had the good fortune of enjoying this amazing offering. Not only has she never tried them but, Chrissie vows that anything called Chicken Balls will never cross her lips. Chrissie, you have to understand that this product is just breaded, deep fried, large chunks of white chicken meat and not the by-product of the creation of Capons. It just wouldn't be right for you to miss out on trying this lovely dish.

I have been lucky enough to enlist some corporate help in trying to get her interest aroused for this product. I would like to thank all of the companies that got involved. Much of it was just in good fun and I thank you all.
